Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $500. For orders under $500, we offer a $15 flat rate for 2-day shipping. In stock items usually ship within 2-4 business days. Made-to-order and out of stock items will ship within 4-8 weeks unless otherwise specified. We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Signature is required on all deliveries over $500.

If an item gets lost or delayed in transit, please contact info@rchiara.com. We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered.
