Return Policy

Returns

Customer satisfaction and happiness are a priority at r. chiara. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help. All returns must be completed within 7 days of receipt of purchase and are eligible for exchange or will be issued a full refund. Exchanges and refunds, excluding original and return shipping fees, will be processed within 2 business days of receipt by r. chiara of your item. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

All sale items, personalized styles, made-to-order and custom orders are final sale. r. chiara has the right to approve and/or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. Merchandise deemed worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, at sender's expense.

Repairs

r. chiara stands by the quality of all of our items. We are happy to repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Any damage done to jewelry by mistreatment will be charged for repair fees at our sole discretion. Please contact info@rchiara.com with a repair request.
